Just Doing My Job

When asked what gave them the courage and resolve to step forward against adversity, nearly all our heroes said, "I was just doing my job. " Whether that meant in combat, working as a first responder or serving the community as an essential worker. Our job as we've defined it, is to recognize them for all their service, including those who come from the heroes' world and help keep them organized, like Amy Hatcher here, Family Operations Officer, USMC 2015.

“The love we have received from the people at the Xtreme Hero Awards has touched us deeply. I will always remember how happy my father was to be honored not only for his military services, but also for his dedication as a firefighter in our community.”
